The Housing Policy Initiative is looking for landlords with 50 or fewer rent-controlled units to participate in an online survey. The survey will take no more than 15 minutes to complete and remain open through August 31, 2024.
The survey is part of project with the D.C. Association of Realtors and Howard University to examine how well the District’s rent control laws meet the needs of tenants and landlords. In particular, the Policy Center wishes to understand the experiences of small landlords (with 50 or fewer rent-controlled units) with rent control laws.
Survey responses will remain anonymous and confidential. Researchers will remove any personally identifiable information from survey responses before conducting any analysis.
