David Roodberg currently serves as President of Menkiti Group where he is responsible for overseeing the commercial real estate activities and urban transformation model. Prior to that, David was CEO and President of Horning where he was responsible for overseeing the portfolio of multi-family and commercial portfolio in the Washington DC region. Prior to Horning, Mr. Roodberg was the Executive Vice President of Combined Properties.
David is currently on the Boards of Washington Housing Conservancy, Martha’s Table and the Greater Washington Community Foundation. He is a Trustee of Federal City Council and previously served as Board member of Wesley Housing and was a member of the Advisory Board of the DC Housing Production Trust Fund. He has a BS degree from Duke University and an MBA from University of Michigan.
