Mr. James V. Reyes is Owner of Reyes Holdings, LLC and serves as Director of Real Estate and Reyes Beer Division. Mr. Reyes is responsible for Reyes’s real estate portfolio including 65 facilities and over six million square feet of office and distribution space in North America. He oversees the acquisition and construction of all Reyes Holdings’ properties and is highly involved with its real estate financing. He primarily focuses on Reyes Beer division’s business development activities. He is also involved in all aspects of Reyes Holdings’ real estate development and strategy.
Prior to joining Reyes in 1992, Mr. Reyes worked in real estate and mortgage businesses in Washington D.C. He serves as Chairman of MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital. He serves as Director of Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. He serves as a Director of Premium Distributors of Washington D.C., L.L.C. and Premium Distributors of Virginia, L.L.C.
He is a Director of the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, DC, the Economics Club of Washington, First Tee of Washington, and The Washington Center. He is also a Member of the Young President Organization, the National Beer Wholesalers Association and The Federal City Council. He serves as a Member of Board of Visitors of University of Virginia. He was a Director of the National Beer Wholesalers Association. He has worked in a volunteer capacity for a number of foundations aiding those in need as well as organizations aimed at strengthening the resources of D.C.’s business community.
Mr. Reyes graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Economics, Government, and Politics. He also studied abroad at Richmond College in London, England.
