Laurel is the Development Manager at the D.C. Policy Center, where she engages current donors, cultivates new relationships, and expands the organization’s donor base.
Before joining the D.C. Policy Center, Laurel served as the Senior Development Associate at the Melanoma Research Alliance and as the Strategic Partnerships Associate at Americares Foundation. In both roles, she focused on cultivating cause marketing partnerships, facilitating fundraising events, managing gift processing, and ensuring data integrity.
Laurel’s academic background underscores her dedication to social change and sustainable community development. She holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Transformation and Social Justice from Queen’s University Belfast and a Bachelor of Arts in Holocaust and Genocide Studies from Keene State College.
